Paige Persch, MD

Dr. Persch grew up in Minnesota, California, and Illinois. She graduated summa cum laude with a major in biochemistry from DePauw University, in Greencastle, Indiana. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in 2018.    Dr. Persch takes joy in providing prenatal care that is respectful and empowering to women. She also brings compassion to those with complicated reproductive journeys, whether that includes infertility, pregnancy loss or complications in prior pregnancies. She enjoys providing annual gynecologic exams, and especially enjoys a niche of seeing teenagers and young women for management of irregular periods, birth control, STI prevention and abnormal paps.  She is a skilled gynecologic surgeon including hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, open and robotic surgeries, and is happy to offer both non-surgical and surgical treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids. As a medical student, Dr. Persch was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. In residency, she received the Fetherston Award for best senior resident, the Ryan Program Resident Award for “Excellence in Family Planning,” and the 2017 MCW Research Day Clinical & Educational Research Award for her research on diminished ovarian reserve. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two little boys, running, and reading books.
