A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a patient may encounter while travelling to the clinic for their appointment. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the patient will be given the option of either being rescheduled into an open appointment later that day if there is one available or rescheduled for a later date. This process will ensure patients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner. The physicians and staff at Diamond Women’s Center truly appreciate your compliance and understanding with this policy so that we can continue to provide excellent medical care as well as excellent customer service.
Diamond Women’s Center strives to be able to provide timely access to care for each patient. Our goal is ensuring our clinic time slots result in patients receiving care from our providers and ensuring that time does not go unused by patients. Our expectation is that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. This notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care.
In the event a patient has incurred three (3) documented “no-shows” and/or “same-day cancellations,” the patient may be limited to scheduling same day appointments only.
